Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Maryland is seeking a Principal/Administrator II for Silver Oak Academy in Keymar. You will advise the Site Director and act as chief administrator of the Education Department to promote student growth and staff development.

The role requires Maryland Administrator’s Licenses I & II, teaching and special education certifications, and a Master’s in education. You’ll lead curriculum, budgets and supervision across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Maryland Administrator’s License I & II, Teaching Certification and Special Education Certification.
• Master’s degree in special education, school administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of staff supervisory experience.
• Experience in developing curriculum and fostering a positive workplace.
• Be able to pass a criminal background clearance, TB test and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as chief administrator of the Education Department and implement policies, programs and budgets.
• Develop instructional objectives and curricula with faculty to meet school needs.
• Supervise Education, Vocation and Resource, IT and Athletic Director.
• Report to the Program Director and collaborate with site leadership.
