Silver Oak Academy is located on a scenic 78-acre campus surrounded by sprawling corn fields, beautiful woods full of local wildlife and foliage, a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room, a fully equipped weight room & more), a Tech Center, and an academic building all just a short commute from Frederick, Baltimore & DC. At Silver Oak Academy, we will be providing services to high school students in a Type 1 Day School.
Pay: starting at $90,000 depending on experience and education.

What you will do: The Principal/Administrator II acts in an advisory capacity to the Site Director in all matters pertaining to Educational Services. He/She serves as the chief administrator of the Education Department in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member. The Principal/Administrator II ensures that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed and involves the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program. The Principal/Administrator II reports to the Program Director and supervises staff in Education, Vocation and Resource, Information Technology and the Athletic Director.
