Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Administration or Educational Leadership.
• Maryland Administrator I or II Certification (or eligibility).
• Experience in special education or school leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IEP law and compliance.
• Ability to lead teams and cultivate a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership with the Principal to drive high-quality instruction across classrooms.
• Lead and monitor IEP development, implementation, and compliance with IDEA and MSDE requirements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive school climate and implement PBIS and restorative practices.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulations.
• Engage families and community partners to support student success.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop staff through targeted professional development.
