This Principal Director role in the Enterprise Ground Division focuses on leading BMC3I efforts, systems engineering, and acquisition planning to deliver integrated, mission-critical space solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited university.
• 12+ years in acquisition and development of space mission ground/software systems.
• 3+ years of people management and resource planning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including government/FFRDC contractors.
• Experience solving complex engineering challenges with technical and political factors.
• Active TS/SAP clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aerospace efforts aligned with BMC3I needs in software/ hardware development and ops.
• Direct resources and coordinate integration across the BMC3I portfolio.
• Advise government officials and leaders on courses of action and strategies.
• Mentor staff, set goals, and manage budget/resource planning.
