Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Engineer to provide technical leadership across Digital, focusing on security, architecture, and strategy. This role serves as a liaison between Digital and partner technology teams, shaping roadmaps and secure engineering practices.

The ideal candidate has broad engineering experience, strong credibility, and the ability to influence decisions across organizations while guiding security-focused initiatives and modern engineering techniques.

Competenze

Technical leadership across teams and architecture guidance.
Strong understanding of secure engineering practices and incorporating security into design.
Experience with Azure, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture.
Ability to evaluate solutions for architecture, security, reliability and scalability.
Experience collaborating with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering teams.

Provide technical leadership and engineering insight on complex Digital initiatives to support secure, scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Serve as liaison between Digital and cross-functional technology teams to drive alignment and resolve complex technical challenges.
