Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior ID & Access Management Engineer to serve as Technical Lead and Product Owner for member identity platforms. You will blend hands‑on engineering with leadership, owning backlogs and guiding secure, scalable IAM solutions across environments.

Responsibilities include leading architecture discussions, guiding security best practices, and mentoring teams while delivering federated identities, MFA, and API security in a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise IAM platform experience (ForgeRock, Ping, SiteMinder, Azure AD).
• Experience deploying ForgeRock on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization, MFA, and federation.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and API security.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, and IAM scripting/configuration.
• Experience leading technical design reviews and guiding teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM architecture guidance across multiple projects and teams.
• Own IAM product backlog, prioritize features, define requirements, align with business goals.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, criteria, and implementation plans.
• Develop and support SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect federation integrations.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps and secure coding practices.
• Present solutions, risks, and roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders.
