Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Principal Analyst I for Digital Banking who will document requirements, user stories, and process flows; lead reviews of current processes and metrics; and drive solution delivery through cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities include creating artifacts, tracking KRIs/KPIs, and engaging with enterprise SMEs to optimize digital banking workflows and performance

Qualifications

• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed system requirements and documentation.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and ensure alignment with business strategy and project outcomes.
• Define work breakdown structures, gather requirements, and review artifacts to resolve issues.
• Develop critical documentation and artifacts to meet project objectives and communicate findings.
• Leverage Office tools and diagramming software to review banking processes and organizational models.
• Apply risk management concepts from large financial institutions to design solutions.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for digital banking systems and guide design and configuration.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and acceptance criteria for development and testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation for digital banking applications for business and tech teams.
• Analyze data structures to map data for system migration initiatives.
• Implement configuration changes in line with SDLC and Change Management.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and partners to deliver integrated digital banking solutions.
• Monitor platform KPIs to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
