Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Principal Developer to shape the Exposure Management platform across multiple teams. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and raise engineering practices, with executive-level visibility into how to scale the platform to End Cyber Risk.

You will collaborate with product management and design in empowered teams, balancing value, usability, and feasibility while driving multi-year technology planning and incident escalation support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including SaaS platforms.
• Design and operate multi-tenant cloud-native systems at scale.
• Strong background in distributed systems across AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and architecture across the Exposure Management product area.
• Participate in system design with strong technology recommendations.
• Review designs and provide architectural feedback to accelerate delivery.
• Drive cross-team alignment on technical decisions and platform consistency.
• Champion clean design, domain-driven patterns, and high code quality.
• Foster collaboration with product and design to balance value and feasibility.
• Mentor engineers and elevate teams through pairing and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps and on-call rotations.
