You will influence architectural decisions, raise the bar on engineering practices, and mentor engineers across multiple teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with SaaS platforms.
• Designed and operated cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS at scale.
• Experience with distributed systems in multi-cloud (AWS & GCP).

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and contribute to platform architecture across Exposure Management.
• Review designs and provide architectural feedback to accelerate delivery.
• Promote cross-team alignment and maintain code quality.
• Mentor engineers and elevate teams through pairing and code reviews.
• Contribute to multi-year technology planning and roadmaps.
• Participate in on-call rotations and act as escalation point.
