Job summary

ServiceNow, presented via Moveworks Business Unit in Mountain View, seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape the next generation of AI-powered employee experiences. You will lead development on the new Web surface, collaborating with PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to deliver interoperable, scalable AI features for millions of employees worldwide.

You will translate user feedback into concrete specs, stay ahead of AI trends, and drive measurable outcomes with strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Typically 5-8 years of professional experience in Product Management owning technically complex, high-impact products.
Bonus points for launching features with measurable AI impact.
Typically 5+ years of overall technology experience.
Deep familiarity with ML concepts and collaboration with ML engineers in NLP, semantic search, conversational AI, and agentic workflows.
Understand markets of similar AI/workflow products and be able to translate feedback into specs.

Responsibilities

Guide the development of new employee experiences on the new Web surface.
Partner with PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to identify capabilities for AI-powered products.
Translate ambiguous problems and feedback into clear product specs and success metrics.
Stay ahead of AI product trends and turn developments into strategic bets and features.
Build alignment across cross-functional partners with clear vision, roadmaps, and outcomes.
