Job summary

Amazon Web Services' Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformations. You will define and own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture, while collaborating with AWS and partner teams on-site in the U.S.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences cloud transformations.
Ability to counsel VP+ executives on major technology choices (TCO, time-to-value, build vs. buy).
Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and model explainability.
Capable of driving architecture across concurrent workstreams and mentoring partner engineers.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS programs.
Establish operating foundations for agentic AI including governance and guardrails.
Bridge executive expectations with pragmatic delivery and influence decisions.
Drive cross-team alignment, resolve conflicts, and maintain architectural governance.
Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth for HCLS.
