Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platforms, and architecture, advising senior executives and aligning partner teams for impactful cloud-based delivery.

You will co-locate ~50% on-site with clients in the U.S., shaping technical decisions and driving AI-native delivery across multiple workstreams within ProServe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience delivering enterprise architecture on transformation programs.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology architecture delivery, with at least 5 years influencing technical teams.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
• Establish operational foundations for agentic AI including multi-model governance, observability, automated guardrails, and secure multi-agent orchestration.
• Executive Technical Advisory & Decision Shaping: counsel executives on major technology choices and influence decisions across teams.
• Cross-Team Alignment & Architectural Governance: drive alignment, resolve conflicts, coach engineers across partner organizations.
• AI/ML, Data & Knowledge Architecture: grow expertise and translate innovations into HCLS context.
• AI‑Native Delivery Transformation: drive AI‑DLC methodologies and embed AI-native workflows into program execution.
