Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to act as a technical leader for large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs.

You will own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture as an individual contributor. You will engage with VP+ executives, shape architecture across multiple streams, and guide delivery with a focus on responsible AI, governance, and documented references.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience delivering with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions.
• Deep technical leadership across AI/ML, data architecture, and enterprise modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Counsel senior customer executives on major technology choices, balancing technical rigor with business value.
• Drive architectural governance and cross-team alignment, coaching engineers across partner organizations.
