Job summary

capSpire is looking for a Principal Solution Architect to translate data, digital, and AI strategy into scalable client solutions. You will shape architectures, guide engineering teams, and lead delivery on engagements focused on Databricks, analytics, and modern data platforms.

You will work with energy and commodities knowledge as a plus, driving reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and governance while supporting commercial teams with proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise data and technology solutions.
• Strong architecture experience with Databricks or comparable modern cloud data platforms.
• Deep knowledge of data engineering, integration, modelling, governance, analytics, and cloud architecture.
• Experience translating strategic direction into practical technical solutions and successful delivery.
• Experience leading engineering teams through complex implementations.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate capSpire’s technology, data, and AI strategy into executable solution architectures, delivery approaches, and client offerings.
• Provide senior architecture and technical leadership across strategic client engagements.
• Lead the technical execution of solutions involving Databricks, data engineering, cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Guide engineering teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to executive, business, and engineering audiences.
