DNA is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to own the full lifecycle of high-impact AI/ML solutions, from ideation to production. You will write substantial code and drive rigorous analysis shaping enterprise decisions across underwriting, claims, operations, and finance.

Work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and business strategy, shaping an enterprise AI capability with scalable, governed pipelines and strong MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML model development with deployment to production.
• Experience leading end-to-end data science projects and measuring business impact.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct management.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Architect and ship production-grade AI systems across domains.
• Define governance, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML projects.
