Job summary

OrthoFi in Denver, CO is seeking a Principal Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of the common data platform across our SaaS ecosystem. You will own the data foundation, define how data is ingested, governed, and served, and drive cross-functional impact to analytics and product teams.

In this senior role you will enable AI-ready insights, dashboards, and data-driven decisions while shaping the strategy to commercialize Data as a Service in the future.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management focused on data platforms or data infrastructure.
• At least 3 years in a product leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering data platforms for internal customers.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, instrumentation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the common data platform.
• Partner with Data Engineering to design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and unified data models.
• Create self-service data access patterns and robust APIs for teams.
• Lead data governance, quality, lineage, and documentation initiatives.
