Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA seeks a Principal System Security Engineer (P4) for an onsite role. You will define SSE requirements, architect security solutions, and integrate cybersecurity capabilities across National Security Systems.

The position requires active DoD clearance and strong RMF experience. You will lead development efforts, coordinate with program management, and deliver technical briefings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience in System Security Engineering / Cybersecurity.
• DoDI 8570.01-M IAT II compliant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define SSE requirements, architecture, solutions, trade studies and vendor analyses.
• Develop, design, integrate, test, and maintain cybersecurity capabilities for National Security Systems.
• Ensure RMF controls compliance and documentations.
• Develop top-level system requirements and decompose to subsystems.
• Plan, estimate, track, and mitigate project risks; support management with SSE issues.
