Job summary

RTX is seeking a cybersecurity engineering professional to define SSE requirements and architecture for National Security Systems in an onsite role in Woburn, MA. You will develop, integrate, test, and maintain cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring RMF controls are properly implemented and documented.

The candidate will work on top-level system requirements and collaborate with program management, vendors, and leadership to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in SSE/Cybersecurity Engineering and/or System Administration or IT/Network Administration.
• Experience with NIST RMF qualifications and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define SSE requirements, architecture, solutions, trade studies and vendor product analysis.
• Develop, design, integrate, test, and maintain cybersecurity capabilities for National Security Systems.
• Ensure RMF controls compliance and implement secure configurations.
• Develop top-level system requirements and allocate to subsystems.
• Develop plans, estimates, and risk mitigation; support program management.
