Qualifikationen
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Account Management, or Clinical Support.
- Experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Surgical Tech, Healthcare IT, EMR or Medical Devices.
- Proven track record driving adoption of new technology in healthcare settings.
- Comfortable engaging with clinicians, hospital leadership, and IT stakeholders.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
