You will own relationships post go-live, drive engagement, and deliver training to highly innovative surgical teams in Chicago and Ohio.

Formación

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Account Management, or Clinical Support.
• Experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Surgical Tech, Healthcare IT, EMR or Medical Devices.
• Proven track record driving adoption of new technology in healthcare settings.
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians, hospital leadership, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Your background

• Proven (4+ years) track record in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Account Management, Clinical Support, or a related role
• Experience within Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Surgical Technology, Healthcare IT, EMR, Clinical Software, or Medical Devices
• Strong experience driving adoption of new technology within healthcare environments
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians, hospital leadership, and IT stakeholders
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills
• Able to travel regularly throughout the region
