Job summary

AssistIQ in Chicago, IL is seeking a Clinical Sales Lead with deep OR and procedural workflow knowledge to drive the customer journey from discovery to live deployment.

You'll partner with Account Executives as the clinical SME, lead demos across clinical, supply chain and revenue cycle stakeholders, and translate frontline insights into product and process improvements, with travel to client sites (~25–50%).

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with OR and perioperative areas as a clinical SME.
• Strong consultative instincts to translate workflows into product value.
• Clear ability to explain clinical workflows to non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle as the clinical SME — discovery, evaluations, executive presentations.
• Lead product demos for clinical, supply chain, and revenue cycle stakeholders, tailoring the story to each audience.
• Answer clinical and workflow questions from nursing, perioperative, and procedural teams.
• Consult on current-state workflows and map how AssistIQ integrates into OR and procedural area operations
• Travel to customer sites to run demos and on-site workflow assessments.
• Bring voice-of-the-customer feedback to product and implementation teams.
• Build reusable demo scripts, clinical talk tracks, and objection-handling material the sales team can lean on.
