Job summary

Protegrity seeks a Principal Customer Success Manager to guide major enterprises through data protection journeys in a GenAI era. You will shepherd post-sale value, collaborating with architects, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D to enable secure tokenization, encryption, and policy-driven AI use cases.

You will partner with CISO, Head of Data/AI, and platform engineers to drive roadmaps for on-prem, hybrid, and multicloud deployments while ensuring AI governance and post-quantum

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in Customer Success, data analytics, app development, or enterprise software.
• Strong track record retaining and expanding large enterprise customers (multi-year, 7-figure renewals).
• Hands-on SQL programming and scripting; experience with multiple RDBMS and modern data platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments; comfortable in CLI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage senior management and translate tech concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts with retention, renewal readiness, health, and expansion.
• Drive adoption and value realization through structured account plans and executive alignment.
• Lead modernization journeys from appliance-based to containerized microservices architecture; promote AI Team Edition adoption.
• Mentor peers and lead complex modernization journeys across cross-functional teams.
