Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will guide enterprise customers through modernization—from appliance-based platforms to containerized microservices and AI Team Edition—ensuring value from tokenization and encryption while unlocking new AI use cases.

You will partner with architects, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D to drive roadmaps, governance, and post-sale success across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in Customer Success, data analytics, application development, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years as a technical consultant, technical project manager, solutions architect, or customer success/technical account manager.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts with accountability for gross and net retention, renewal readiness, health, and long-term expansion.
• Manage ARR retention targets by building account plans and driving proactive engagement to increase adoption and value before renewal cycles.
• Lead modernization journeys from appliance-based to containerized microservices and AI Team Edition.
• Collaborate with customers, Protegrity architects, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D to execute roadmaps.
• Develop roadmaps for data security across on‑prem, hybrid, multi-cloud and AI/ML workloads, and drive their execution.
