Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in tech or energy sectors.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities and understanding of transaction mechanics.
- Experience evaluating AI infrastructure, data centers, and energy-related opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build financial and operating models for data center developments and infrastructure investments.
- Lead and coordinate valuation workstreams, including DCF and comps, for HPC assets.
- Prepare materials for investment committees and boards, and support deal lifecycle from screening to closing.
- Monitor AI landscape trends and energy infrastructure markets to identify growth opportunities.
