Hut 8 is seeking a Strategic Finance, Principal in its Miami headquarters to drive financing and capital markets activities for infrastructure growth.

You will build analytical models, evaluate financing options, and coordinate with banks, investors, and advisors on live transactions. The role offers exposure to liquidity planning and strategic investment opportunities in a fast-growing energy and tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with understanding of project and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling to support financing decisions and strategic transactions.
• Structure financing solutions for infrastructure investments, contracts, and growth.
• Support capital markets activities including lender relationships and term sheets.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, accounting, and corporate development teams through close.
