Hut 8 seeks an analytical Principal to join our corporate finance team in Miami, supporting the Head of Corporate Finance. Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and transaction mechanics.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build financial and operating models for data center developments and infrastructure investments.
• Conduct analysis of financing scenarios, capital structures, and lease vs. buy options.
• Prepare valuation materials, transaction summaries, and analyses for the executive team and Board.
• Support the full deal lifecycle from screening through due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Own valuation workstreams including DCF and comparable analyses for HPC assets.
• Monitor AI landscape, hyperscaler demand, and energy infrastructure trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Draft investment committee memos, board presentations, and investor materials.
• Coordinate diligence with internal teams and external advisors; maintain relationships with banks and investors.
