Job summary

Hut 8 Corp. in Miami, FL is seeking a junior Commercialization professional to support live lease negotiations and analyze deal economics within AI infrastructure transactions.

You will work with senior team members across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory workstreams, gaining exposure and increasing responsibility as you prove your capabilities. The role is full-time, based at Hut 8’s Miami headquarters, with a base salary, bonus and equity commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support live lease and commercial negotiations, track issues, and prepare summaries and proposals.
• Build and maintain market view of AI hyperscale data centers and pricing benchmarks.
• Create lease economics and occupancy models, validate figures for board materials.
• Track utility tariffs and regulatory regimes to inform site economics and decisions.
• Diligence on sites and transactions, organize data rooms, manage deal files.
• Draft memos and board-ready materials to communicate complex questions clearly.
