Job summary

Hut 8 in Miami seeks a junior member of the Commercialization team to support large AI infrastructure deals. You will work directly with team members on negotiations, leases, power procurement, pricing, and deal structures, gaining exposure across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory workstreams.

This apprenticeship-style role includes mentorship, increasing responsibility, and a path to lead deals as you grow, with base salary, bonus, and equity commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university with an outstanding academic record.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting; other analytical backgrounds welcome.
• Strong analytical ability and fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing skills; ability to distill complex information into concise takeaways.
• Self-starter who pursues questions independently.
• Fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support live lease and negotiations; maintain issues lists and trackers.
• Research precedent transactions and evaluate counterparty positions.
• Prepare summaries, comparisons, and counterproposals ahead of negotiations.
• Build and maintain market benchmarks: AI and hyperscale data center pricing and deals.
• Develop lease economics models and validate numbers for term sheets and board materials.
• Track utility tariffs, interconnection rules, and tax regimes shaping site economics.
• Organize data rooms and ensure audit-ready deal files.
• Draft memos and board-quality materials for senior decision makers.
