Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum experience required in contracts or related area.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts from proposal and negotiation through execution and closeout
• Leading or supporting negotiations involving pricing, terms and conditions, scope
• Providing guidance on FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other government contracting requirements
• Identifying contractual risks and partnering with leaders to mitigate
• Reviewing proposals, agreements, and contract modifications
• Supporting prime contracts and subcontracting activities
• Partnering with Program Management, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain and other functions
• Supporting domestic and international contracting activities
• Advising leadership on contractual strategy, risk, compliance, and business decisions
• Driving continuous improvement across contract processes

We have opportunities across multiple levels of experience, from experienced individual contributors and Contracts Leads to senior Contracts leadership positions.

What You’ll Do

As a member of the L3Harris Contracts organization, you may support a diverse portfolio of U.S. Government, commercial, and international programs throughout the full contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing contracts from proposal and negotiation through execution and closeout
• Leading or supporting negotiations involving pricing, terms and conditions, scope, and contractual requirements
• Providing guidance on FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other applicable government contracting requirements
• Identifying contractual risks and partnering with business leaders to develop mitigation strategies
• Reviewing proposals, agreements, and contract modifications
• Supporting both prime contracts and subcontracting activities
• Partnering across Program Management, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and other functions
• Supporting domestic and international contracting activities
• Advising leadership on contractual strategy, risk, compliance, and business decisions
• Driving continuous improvement across contract processes and practices
  

Senior-level opportunities may also include responsibility for leading Contracts teams, managing complex or high-value portfolios, developing contracting strategies, mentoring Contracts professionals, and advising senior business leadership.
