The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in New York, you'll be:

• Networking and developing new business
• Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
• Candidate sourcing via job boards
• Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
• Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About you

• Minimum 2 years’ experience and success in recruitment
• Ideally experience in a professional recruitment market (e.g., Tech, Finance)
