Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in storage or cloud infra.
• Expert with NetApp and AWS storage services (EFS, EBS, S3, Backup).
• Strong architecture, data protection, and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience leading complex storage migrations and performance issues.
• Proven automation experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of cloud storage platforms.
• Define enterprise storage patterns across NetApp, Nasuni, and AWS services.
• Engineer secure, scalable, highly available storage solutions for enterprise workloads.
• Own standards for performance, availability, cost, and recoverability.
• Automate provisioning, config, policy enforcement, monitoring, and ops support.
• Create reusable modules and self-service patterns at scale.
• Provide technical leadership for migrations, data movement, and cutovers.
• Collaborate with app/platform teams on workload storage choices.
• Embed monitoring, logging, and analytics into storage platforms.
• Lead root-cause analysis for storage incidents and remediation.
• Mentor storage engineers and guide upskilling initiatives.
• Influence roadmaps for cloud and on-prem storage technologies.
