Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 10+ years in enterprise storage/cloud infra.
• Hands-on with NetApp and FSx ONTAP; Nasuni and AWS services.
• Experience designing highly available, secure workloads.
• Strong automation with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, scripting, APIs, Git-based workflows.
• Ability to lead migrations and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of cloud storage platforms.
• Define patterns across NetApp, FSx ONTAP, Nasuni, EFS, EBS, S3, and backups.
• Engineer secure, scalable, highly available storage for enterprise workloads.
• Own standards for performance, capacity, availability, recoverability, data protection, lifecycle, cost.
• Design automation for provisioning, config, policy enforcement, monitoring, and operations with IaC and Git.
• Create reusable modules and guardrails for consistent adoption at scale.
• Provide leadership for workload discovery, migration planning, data movement, cutover, validation, decommissioning.
• Partner with apps/platform teams to select storage services per workload.
• Embed monitoring, logging, alerting, capacity, and performance analytics.
• Serve as escalation point for storage incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assess dependencies across networking, IAM, encryption, backup, controls.
• Guide transition from on-prem to cloud storage; mentor engineers.
• Influence roadmaps and investments; participate in Agile delivery.
