Mariana Minerals, a software-first minerals company, seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer to act as owner’s engineer for civil and site development on greenfield mining and metallurgical facilities. You will define contractor scope, review designs, and ensure constructibility, integration, and alignment with schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of civil and site development experience.
• Experience managing engineering contractors or consultants on owner’s team.
• EIT certification.
• Experience delivering greenfield capital projects from feasibility through detailed design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of site grading, drainage, stormwater, road design, and utility design.

Responsabilités

• Represent owner’s engineer for civil and site development from feasibility through construction.
• Develop site concepts and designs using Civil 3D.
• Define civil design requirements for contractors and manage design activities from concept to IFC.
• Lead design reviews and resolve comments and constructability issues.
• Coordinate interfaces across process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and geotechnical engineering.
