Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 10+ years of civil/site development experience on industrial/mining projects.
• EIT certification required, PE preferred or obtainable within 12 months.
• Experience leading owner’s team or EPC projects interfacing with owner’s teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner as engineer for civil/site scope from feasibility to construction.
• Define contractor scope, design basis, specs, and CAD standards.
• Manage contractor design activities from concept to IFC with schedule/budget.
• Lead design reviews with contractors and resolve comments and clashes.
• Review contractor drawings, calculations, and quantity take-offs for quality.
• Coordinate interfaces across process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and geotechnical.
