The Principal Business Development Partner for NorthStar Clean Energy applies technical, commercial, project, and risk management expertise to acquire renewable energy assets, negotiate utility-scale renewable energy power purchase agreements (PPAs), support financing, and complete development activities for wind, solar, and storage projects, involving investments up to $150 million or more across the U.S., aligning with the company's growth plans.
Responsibilities include assembling and managing multidisciplinary teams for evaluation, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, acquisition, development, sourcing offtake, and financing of renewable energy assets.
