The Principal Business Development Partner applies technical, commercial, project, and risk management expertise to acquire renewable energy assets, negotiate PPAs, support financing, and oversee development activities for projects (wind, solar, storage) with investments up to $150 million or more in the U.S., aligning with the company's growth plans.
Responsibilities include assembling and managing cross-disciplinary teams for evaluation, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, acquisition, development, sourcing offtake, and financing of renewable assets.
