Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to own the full Salesforce CRM requirements lifecycle from intake to delivery. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and validation artifacts.

The role requires a structured approach to CRM projects, experience with large-scale transformations, and ability to operate in a fast-paced SaaS environment. On-site at Tysons, VA with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce/CRM implementations.
• Experience across multiple full cycle Salesforce implementations or large-scale enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Salesforce Admin cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full requirements lifecycle for Salesforce CRM platform initiatives.
• Document current and future state processes with clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Develop and own UAT scripts and test data; support QA efforts and data governance.
• Lead governance discussions and communicate complex initiatives to executive stakeholders.
