The ideal candidate brings a structured, standards driven approach to how CRM requirements are gathered, documented, tested, and delivered, and is comfortable operating in a high growth SaaS environment undergoing significant platform investment. This includes exposure to large scale CRM transformation initiatives, AI enabled documentation and delivery tooling, and cross system data architecture spanning Salesforce, integration platforms, and data governance. This is an opportunity to help shape how a CRM Systems team operates as it scales.

  • Author clear, testable requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and dependencies
  • Partner with technical leads and architects to validate proposed solutions prior to formal business sign off
  • Develop and own User Acceptance Testing scripts and test data, supporting quality assurance efforts
  • Uphold data governance and quality standards, ensuring new data elements are justified and aligned to enterprise standards
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations throughout the development lifecycle to maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain accurate, real time status across project tracking tools, proactively identifying and escalating risks
  • Demonstrate strong command of the full business analysis lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery
Principal Business Analyst — Elevated Scope
  • Establish and evolve business analysis practices and standards across the team
  • Mentor and develop Lead Business Analysts and broader team members
  • Own the most complex, cross functional, and highest impact initiatives, including large scale transformation programs
