You will translate complex business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and ETL pipelines with autonomy, partnering with executives, engineers, and business users.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in BI, strong SQL and data-management skills, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 8+ years related experience.
• 8+ years of BI/analytics experience and SME in respective area.
• 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of BI solutions (reports, dashboards, data models).
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
