Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Principal–level Technical Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office in Boston. You will drive delivery across complex investment management projects, bridging business, product, and technology with strong stakeholder engagement and ownership over analysis, design, and testing.

In this role, you will lead multiple workstreams through the full SDLC, coordinate with data and technology leads, and shape end-to-end solutions for private markets

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid PM/BA in a technology or software delivery environment.
• Hands-on delivery experience on projects involving Addepar or related platforms (highly desirable).
• Strong experience designing and implementing private markets workflows across hedge funds, private equity, private debt, fund of funds.
• Large project experience through full SDLC, adept at Agile software delivery.
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate cross-location teams.

Aufgaben

• Shape business case for major technology spend with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of workstreams in a complex transformation programme through the SDLC, including vendor management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations around progress, requirements, and dependencies.
• Document requirements, business rules, and process flows with business owners.
• Research and produce impact assessments across teams, systems, and processes.
• Apply BA tools to ensure clarity and shared understanding across teams.
• Collaborate with vendors/tech to define designs, work breakdowns, and test plans.
