Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Principal-level Technical Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office in Boston. You will bridge business, product, and technology to define, design, and deliver complex investment-management projects.

You will work closely with business and technology teams, managing stakeholder expectations and driving end-to-end change across front, middle, and back-office functions. A strong BA background with SDLC, Agile delivery, and data-querying skills is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA.
• Hands-on delivery on projects involving Addepar, Burgiss Caissa, Canoe Intelligence, Simcorp Dimension, Geneva.
• Experience designing and implementing private markets workflows across hedge funds and PE.
• Full SDLC experience with Agile software delivery.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels; knowledge of SQL/Python/Java.
• Proficiency in creating visual mocks with Balsamiq/Lucid/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Shape business case for major technology spend with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of one or more workstreams in a global transformation program through SDLC.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on progress, requirements, constraints, risks, dependencies.
• Document process flows, business rules, and detailed requirements.
• Analyze impact across teams and systems; apply BA tools for clarity.
• Define work breakdown structures and functional designs with vendors/tech teams.
• Contribute to innovative solution designs and end-to-end visions.
• Support testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, and defect triage.
• Identify technical constraints and risks affecting delivery.
• Lead change management and KPI/OKR adoption post-implementation.
