Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks an experienced Senior Market Data Analyst to lead the Market Data and Security Master functions within the Central Data group in onsite Boston.

The role is hands-on leadership, owning data integrity across trading, portfolio management, and reporting workflows, and partnering with Technology and business teams to evolve data strategies with governance and AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in market data and/or reference data within an investment manager, hedge fund, asset owner, or comparable financial services environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Expertise across security master and market data domains; knowledge of major providers and content sets across asset classes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships; familiarity with market data licensing and usage restrictions.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders and translate needs into delivery plans.
• Experience contributing to or leading data transformation initiatives, including data quality and governance programs.
• Deep understanding of instrument data across asset classes, including identifiers, classifications, pricing.
• Excellent communication skills across business, technology, and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of the firm’s security master and contribute to hedge fund and private market product setup and review.
• Establish and maintain golden-source standards, data models, and instrument lifecycles from onboarding to retirement.
• Define data quality controls, exception management, and reconciliation across front-to-back data flow.
• Oversee corporate actions, pricing, ratings, classifications, and issuer data including entity hierarchies.
• Lead market data strategy and delivery for real-time, intraday, and end-of-day feeds across asset classes.
• Manage entitlements and licensing compliance and redistribution policies.
• Translate evolving investment and operational data needs into scalable, controlled solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure data capabilities stay ahead of business needs.
• Partner with technology and other data leaders on platform modernization and governance.
