Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a hands-on technical leader to set standards for quality across multiple teams. You will architect solutions, mentor engineers, and partner with product to align roadmaps with technology strategy.

The role emphasizes cloud, microservices, CI/CD, automated testing, and data security. Located in Scottsdale, SF, Chicago, or New York with a hybrid work model, this position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering complex fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Fifteen+ years designing and developing complex software, with 8+ years in FinTech.
• 1-2 years cloud application solutions with containerization and CI/CD.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to build technical solutions.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product to craft strategy and align with technology roadmaps.
• Be a thought leader on software engineering trends and mentor team members.
• Own technical product design and architecture.
• Create and present technical content to groups.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and improve Early Warning products.
• Shape engineering approaches and share knowledge across teams.
• Develop a departmental technical vision for the future.
• Design product/service solutions aligned with cloud, CI/CD and automated testing.
