Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Principal Automation Engineer to lead enterprise QE tooling strategy, onboarding, and AI-enabled testing initiatives. You will act as a senior tech advisor across QE, DevOps, and Architecture, driving adoption, integration, and governance of automation platforms.
With deep expertise in ADO, qTest, Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, and CI/CD, you will mentor delivery teams and guide tool implementations. Remote-friendly, travel optional, competitive benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years in Quality Engineering or related roles.
- Experience implementing and enabling enterprise testing tools.
- Deep expertise with Azure DevOps, qTest, Tosca, Selenium and Playwright.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise QE tools strategy and adoption plans.
- Lead onboarding for QE teams to ensure tool adoption.
- Partner with Segment QE teams to improve tool utilization.
- Develop onboarding frameworks, guides and training materials.
- Support integration of QE tools across CI/CD and DevOps.
- Mentor QE and SDET teams on tooling and practices.
