Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Principal Automation Engineer, Tools Support & Onboarding, to lead enterprise QE tools strategy and onboarding across Humana. You will drive tool adoption, governance, and enable teams with Azure DevOps, qTest, Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, and AI testing platforms.

This role is remote with travel to Humana offices as needed. Expect 12+ years in QE/automation, strong leadership, and collaboration with architecture, DevOps, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of Quality Engineering, Test Management, Automation Engineering, SDET, or Software Engineering experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, administering, or enabling enterprise testing and automation tools.
• Deep expertise with enterprise quality engineering tools including Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, API Testing and Automation Tools, CI/CD Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Humana's enterprise QE tools strategy, roadmap, and adoption plans.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support for QE tools and platforms.
• Lead onboarding for teams to ensure successful adoption of enterprise tools and processes.
• Establish end-to-end integration patterns across test management, automation, and CI/CD.
