Job summary

Stantec in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead design and delivery for NAVFAC and USACE contracts. You will guide projects from planning through execution, drive budgets and schedules, and manage client relationships across West and Indo-Pacific regions.

Requires US citizenship, DoD project experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM. Travel regionally is expected in a complex, collaborative, design-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• US citizenship per project requirement.
• DoD project management experience, NAVFAC and USACE preferred.
• Knowledge of AE projects and design-build delivery methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality design documents and coordinated drawings.
• Develop project management, execution, and design quality plans.
• Direct work through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Lead project management, budgeting, and schedule oversight.
• Oversee design development in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Mentor junior project managers and manage client meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders and invoices.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
