OneTrust is seeking a Principal Architect to set technical direction across the product platform within Architecture Services, our central architecture team. You will shape multi-year strategy, work across domains, and influence critical decisions at scale, leading through influence and enablement.

You will guide non-functional requirements, governance, and architecture standards while mentoring engineers and collaborating with executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 16+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in distributed, cloud-native architecture across multiple products or domains.
• Proven track record defining non-functional requirements and architecture governance at platform scale.
• Experience designing for security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and promoting AI-native practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead the multi-year architecture strategy across product domains and align plans into a single platform direction.
• Set direction for non-functional requirements including security, privacy, reliability, performance and cost.
• Propose architecture standards, reference architectures, and patterns to the Architecture Guild.
• Guide design documentation and apply governance that enables delivery.
• Mentor domain and squad architects and help define career growth paths.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and UX leadership on strategic technical decisions.
