Job summary

Dexian, based in Santa Clara, seeks an experienced backend engineer to design and support brokerage applications. You will work with Java/Spring MVC, Node.js, and Go to build scalable microservices in the cloud and solve performance issues in a production environment.

The role focuses on on-call production support, monitoring, and rapid debugging in an EKS-based infrastructure, with collaboration across teams and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Brokerage application development and support with languages like Java/Spring MVC, Node.js, Go.
• Experience in microservices architecture & development for cloud.
• Extensive experience in performance tuning, monitoring, solving application issues in an EKS infrastructure.
• Experience with setting up application alerting and monitoring in a cloud environment.
• Experience handling on-call production support and debugging application issues.

  • Brokerage back-office systems knowledge would be a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to learn and support new technologies on the cloud
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage your time, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
