You will partner with executives and internal teams to shape roadmaps, govern delivery, and drive retention and expansion.

This remote US-based role demands 10+ years in CS, 2+ years in AI, strong analytics, and cross-functional influence to ensure responsible AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success/Experience, with 2+ years in AI-related roles.
• Experience in go-to-customer roles in enterprise technology/SaaS.
• Proven ability to use analytics for forecasting churn and expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience managing AI or software adoption programs with measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing customer success plans.
• Excellent program management and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of AI adoption roadmaps for key customers.
• Serve as the design authority for AI deployments, ensuring best practices.
• Partner with executives to co-create a forward-looking AI strategy.
• Align internal teams to deliver on the AI roadmap.
• Coordinate activities and manage risks as the engagement lead.
• Maintain outcome-driven cadences and mutual AI roadmaps.
• Own the channel strategy for AI solution dissemination.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track AI adoption and retention metrics.
• Advise customers on ethical AI practices and compliance considerations.
