Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer focused on Data & AI Security, working remotely in the US. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and translate product usage into measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will partner with executives (CISO/CIO) and cross-functional teams to manage retention, expansion, and health of strategic accounts, delivering risk-informed value and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience in conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs for measurable outcomes.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps with executive alignment.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and ability to synthesize signals into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up customer accounts and facilitate onboarding and stakeholder orientation.
• Identify expansion opportunities through platform usage analysis and success planning.
• Conduct assessments and recommend solutions across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
• Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value reviews.
• Monitor for churn risk and partner on renewal strategies with actionable insights.
• Build business cases and define value realization for expansion opportunities.
• Engage with CISO, CIO, and other executives to provide risk and status updates.
